A few things before you join
How do I apply?
Create an account with your name and email, then complete your application with your public channel, relevant work, audience, and content ideas. Our team reviews each application and contacts you about the next steps.
Does registering mean I am approved?
No. Creating an account or submitting an application begins the review process. Please wait for our approval and confirmation of your offer, assigned link, and code before promoting as a Benlarky affiliate.
Which purchases earn commission?
Approved affiliates can earn 10%–20% commission on eligible purchases. Your commission rate, eligible products, and audience discount terms are confirmed before you start promoting. Link attribution lasts 30 days, and each referred customer can make one commission-earning purchase. They do not have to be new to Benlarky; further purchases by the same referred customer do not earn additional commission.
When are commissions paid?
Commissions have a 60-day holding period, followed by manual checks before payment. A pending or approved commission, or a portal balance, does not mean payment has been sent. Before promotion starts, we confirm the commission calculation, eligible orders, tracking and refund rules, code limits, and payment requirements.
Can I apply for a product sample or a paid project?
Yes. Tell us what you would like to create and include any fees or conditions. Applying does not guarantee a free kit or paid work. Samples, shipping, deliverables, and fees are agreed separately before a collaboration starts.
Do I give Benlarky ownership of my content?
No. Applying does not transfer ownership of your photographs, videos, or designs. Any reuse of your content or a separate design collaboration will be agreed with you.
Application terms
- Review first. Provide accurate information and work you are entitled to share. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, samples, payment, or authority to represent Benlarky. Do not promote as an approved affiliate until we approve your participation and confirm your offer, assigned link, and code.
- Clear terms before you begin. The offer summary above is subject to the confirmed terms for your participation. Commission calculation, eligible orders, attribution, refunds and cancellations, review timing, code limits, payment method and threshold, and any content deliverables must be confirmed before your affiliate activity starts.
- Honest promotion. Disclose your relationship with Benlarky. Do not use misleading claims, fake activity, unsolicited bulk messages, or unapproved paid ads or coupon distribution.
- Your work remains yours. We may review the information and links you provide to assess and respond to your application. Applying does not transfer your intellectual property or grant a license to republish your creative work. Content use and design collaborations require a separate agreement.
- Brand resources. Benlarky and its licensors retain rights to the materials we provide. Follow the included usage guidance and do not imply a partnership before approval.
- Your information. We use application details to review your request, contact you, and manage an approved relationship. Registration is handled through Partnero. Read our Privacy Policy; please do not include identity documents, bank details, or a home address in your application.
