Returns and withdrawal

The correspondence address and the shipping label's sender address are not automatically return facilities. Please use the designated address and read our Returns & Refunds Policy for costs and timing. A statutory withdrawal does not require our approval.

To withdraw from a contract where that right applies, email an unequivocal withdrawal notice to support@benlarkytoys.com, or use the optional Model Withdrawal Form.

Privacy and product-safety contacts
