Creator Partnerships & Community Coordinator

Remote · Part-time

Build lasting relationships with creators and customers in the DIY, miniature, and home decor communities.

  • Find suitable creators, coordinate collaborations, and follow up on samples, schedules, and agreed deliverables.
  • Collect customer builds and stories with permission, and keep content usage agreements organized.
  • Bring useful questions and feedback back to our product and content teams.

What we're looking for: experience with US audiences, clear written English, reliable follow-through, and good judgment about creator fit. Share an example of a collaboration you managed and your contribution.

Product Content Creator

Remote · US-based · Project collaborations

Build our kits and show the experience in a real home setting, from opening the box to finding a place for the finished piece.

  • Capture clear original photos and video of unboxing, assembly, product details, and finished displays.
  • Record honest experience notes, including anything that was difficult or unclear.
  • Organize original files so our team can edit and adapt them for different channels.

What we're looking for: the ability to receive samples in the US, patient hands-on work, and a portfolio of product or lifestyle content. Posting on your own account is agreed separately from content production.

Brand Copy Editor

Remote · Freelance or part-time

Help our product pages, emails, social content, and assembly guidance sound natural, useful, and consistent.

  • Edit for clear US English and a warm, thoughtful brand voice.
  • Check wording against supplied product facts and flag claims that need evidence.
  • Explain meaningful edits and help improve reusable writing guidance.

What we're looking for: strong editing judgment and relevant consumer-brand work. Share writing or editing samples, ideally with a brief explanation of your changes.

Customer Experience Specialist

Remote · Availability during US business hours

Help customers choose, build, and enjoy their kits, and make it easier to get support when something goes wrong.

  • Answer product, order, delivery, and assembly questions using verified information.
  • Coordinate parts requests and returns with our operations team.
  • Keep clear case notes and identify recurring issues that could improve our products or instructions.

What we're looking for: clear written English, patient problem-solving, and relevant e-commerce support experience. Tell us which US hours you can cover and share an anonymized example of a support problem you resolved.

Wholesale Partnerships Representative

Remote · US retail market

Develop relationships with gift shops, bookstores, hobby stores, and other retailers that are a good fit for Benlarky.

  • Research suitable accounts and manage thoughtful outreach and follow-up.
  • Coordinate samples, product information, and buyer questions with our team.
  • Support wholesale discussions, account handoff, and reorder follow-up using approved commercial terms.

What we're looking for: relevant US retail or wholesale experience, organized account management, and confident buyer communication. Share the types of retailers you have worked with and an example of your results without disclosing confidential client information.
